* Gifts can be any length, drabble on up, and offered to an individual or to the community.

* You don't need to be a participant in this year's fest to join in the bonus round!

The only rule is you need to submit your gifts to the queue (posting instructions over here) before midnight December 31, 2013, ET (world times over here).

Every year we have a quick bonus round in the first few days of January. Want to experiment with a prompt you didn't claim the first time around? Want to write a thank you ficlet for someone? All bonus gifts are accepted, from drabbles and drawbles on up. Bonus gifts must be submitted in 2012 (by 11:59p Eastern US time, December 31) and will be posted on January 1, 2, and 3. We'll wrap up the fest and post our master list on January 4.
