It's a nice end-of-the-year event to look forward to, isn't it? I've currently got my calendar open, and I'm writing down all these things I need to do, but this fest is one fun event on the horizon. M.

We'll post a header and posting instructions shortly. Basically, once you're ready, you place your fic in the queue by posting it to the community, and we'll approve (and make public) two a day starting at the beginning of December. The key thing is that you can't edit once it's in the queue, so wait until you're completely ready, if you're the type who likes to edit and fiddle.

If you're inspired, you're welcome to make a second claim! (Actually, if you're interested in writing a second, let us know--there are still a few people who haven't been claimed yet.) Maggie

Thanks for asking, D. A few folks still need to claim a prompt and a recipient, but we're no longer taking new participants/writers. (When these folks finish, we should be set to go.) We will, however, call for pinch-hitters in a few weeks! I'll send along an announcement then. M.

This is going to sound stupid but, is there a place to find a beta? I don't usually use one because I proofread so thoroughly myself, so I really have no idea about how it works, and I don't know many people in the R/S community personally.
