*** A quick note: due to the fact that daylight savings time ends on different weekends in different parts of the world, it seems as if 12:00 noon Eastern Time tomorrow is 9:00 a.m. in Los Angeles, 4:00 p.m. in London, 5:00 p.m. in Berlin, and 12:00 midnight/Sunday morning in Hong Kong. Please correct me if I'm wrong, folks! Somehow the end of daylight savings time confuses me more than it ought to.

We'll start encouraging folks to finish claiming late Sunday or on Monday, probably. If you're not going to be around, you're welcome to ask a friend to claim for you, if she's clear in her comment that she's claiming on someone else's behalf. M.
