Notes: I love drawing them older. I love Remus, the one who's getting a little grumpy in his old age, and Sirius who refuses to let go of his youthful charm. I don't know if you were hoping for art or fic, but here's just a little something for you. Feel free to icon or banner if you like.

Thank you. Actually, part of the image was cut off. I just fixed it so the whole thing would be there. I always imagined that they would have their share of differences, even as older men. But somehow Sirius's sweet heart would come through.

Oh this is simply magnificent. The colors are wonderful and homey, and the photographs on the wall and... This is their home. And the look on Sirius' face. This whole thing screams of the level of comfort with each other where it's okay to be grumpy. Just beautiful. The ending we all wish they got.

Oh my goodness, this had me smiling goofily at the screen for a good five minutes. The background and the eyes and the hug and the hand on Remus' heart and the realisation that they still somehow miraculously have each other and-- agh, it's beautiful. Just what I needed.

I just adjusted the size so more of the image is visible. I was so glad when I saw your prompt. It was something I'd been thinking about for a while, anyway. Remus could get upset about something that Sirius maybe didn't take seriously, but then a bit of compassion, and Sirius would always get his way. :) I mean, I'd give in to him, wouldn't you?

Oh! So beautiful on every level! I love how the picture very much tells a story - no words needed. Remus' disgruntled expression seems to be breaking just oh-so-slightly at Sirius' loving embrace. How can you not love that?

This is gorgeous! What vibrant colors, it feels so warm and utterly cozy. I love these two as older adults, and I really like how you've conveyed their closeness even in their trivial bickering; it's just so Sirius to end an argument with a move that's bound to melt Remus every time. Thanks so much. Yeah, they really do look good as older men. This is one of the first times I've drawn Sirius with short hair, and I'm glad that it still comes across as him. I think part of it is that sly move he makes on Remus. ^_~

Oh my god, this is awesome. The embrace, the looks on their faces, that there's still so much love there - this is breaking me, so many feelings, and everything they deserved. I also really like your colouring style and style in general, and both make the whole atmosphere work so well, I'm just a bit overstrained with all these unexpected emotions to form proper sentences right now.

Thanks so much. I'm really glad it worked out so well. I was a little nervous throwing Sirius in there with the short hair, but it still reads as him. And the coloring is something new for me, too. I work in watercolor a lot, but using the blue as shadows on their skin was something I hadn't done much before. I'm really glad it turned out well.

Ah this is lovely. I really love that sense of intimacy that you captured here. It's one of my favourite things about them, how impossibly close they can be, and you just illustrated that dynamic so well.
I love all of the colours, and the way that you used the watercolours. As a medium, I will always be terribly fond of them, and you really used them to their strength here.
I really like the pink around their eyes, and all of the details of the room.
