Particularly seeking beta who knows things about Chinese culture in the 1930s-70s ish! Knowledge of culture specific to British black people during the same time period would also be a plus!

Well, I can't help you with British people, but I may be able to help you with Chinese culture in the mid-20th century, depending on what exactly you'd like to know.
