I feel like I'm late to the party, but as it was, I had no choice but to jump in after 40 minutes. babysittings kids in a park the moment the clock struck 6pm. so much for planning to be on the spot! XDDD

Every year there are a couple longer fics, but there's NO PRESSURE whatsoever to write anything lengthy! The whole point of the fest is to keep the bar low, so we can all participate.

Glad you're excited! The plotting and researching stages are fun, aren't they?
