I am one of those in need of a beta. I have not yet finished my fic as I'm writing this, but I have all of it planned out and half of it is already written, so in a few days I ought to be finished unless real life decides to screw me over, again.

What I am in great need of is help with grammar, sentence-structure and Brit-picking, seeing I am not a native speaker. Any other sort of beta is of course very much appreciated, but these three are my biggest flaws, I think.

No worries, I'm one of those people who thinks if I only see one person ask, then surely only one person has asked. It's nearly never true, but that somehow doesn't discourage me from thinking so the next go round.

You're right, though, plenty of people below now to ask! Good luck with school (I know how that is) and your own story!
