Oh my God but this is brilliant. I just...I don't even know what to say. I feel like you've given me something I didn't even know I wanted but somehow also desperately needed. This scratches so many itches for me you don't even know.
First of all, the graphics. I love how you compiled them, and I love how evocative they are. They perfectly compliment the writing without overwhelming it, which I know must have been a tough balance to strike. I'm also seriously impressed by the formatting because if not for the DW sidebar I would honestly believe I was on another site. And the comment section! The comment section is the best: the user pics, the user names, the Halloween style emojis, and gaaaah Remus and Sirius getting engaged! That was incredibly sweet and a very, very satisfying ending.
As for the brochure itself: why is this place not real? Because I need to go STAT. Love how you gave the boys specific jobs, and I love that you broke down the Christmas special, but I especially loved how damn funny the whole thing was. "Ho-Ho Horology" really tickled me, as did the idea of the owl spa. But I've got to agree with Lily here: Kiss the Kraken is just...I love it.
Also McGonagall's post. Also how Remus kept shutting down threads. Also how sweet the Potters were. Also all of it. Just all of it.
THANK YOU, Shaggydogstail. Today was really, really crappy for me, and the next week looks like it's going to be more of the same, but this fic made me forget all of that for a little while and I truly couldn't ask for a better small gift than that.
