Oh wow. That was a very different setting and somehow even without going into great detail you managed to show how Sirius is privileged and Remus isn't and the differences between them. And the way they're so into each other, I love how pure and loyal they are, so young and hopeful towards the end.
Adding James there added something light after that intense interaction, great idea with that and showing that Lily is trying in her own way to help.
