Oh, God. I've been reading this for days now, and I still can't get over how good it is. I almost feel like I want to print it out and underline my favorite parts, but I think I'd end up underlining everything.
There's just so much here. It's very intense and, I think, very emotionally honest. I think we'd all like to believe that if Sirius had survived and they'd both made it through the war there'd have been a happily ever after for them, but I think you have the truer picture here. It's very, very raw and real, and even though nothing really suspenseful was happening I felt like I was on the edge of my seat, wanting to know which way it would go, at the end.
Your writing is beautiful, and this fic is beautiful. Brilliant work.
