We're delighted to be joining you all again for the 11th year of R/S Small Gifts. Sign-ups begin in under 2 days, so continue to watch this space!

Every year we meet new friends and get to see old ones. Those two things are the main reasons we keep coming back, so thank you in advance for your participation!

A few reminders for old friends and bits of useful information for new ones:

* Small gifts is a self-service exchange. Participants leave their prompts during the one-week sign up period and then return to claim ONE recipient during the 12-hour prompt-claiming window. Prompts are first come, first served. Look ahead of time, select your top choices, and be ready to leave a comment claiming the prompt of your choice.

*We have a fairly short time period for gift-creating, compared to some. That’s because these are truly meant to be small gifts. No novellas here (although we certainly have had a few lovely ones). This is a low-stress fest, for creators and readers/watchers (and hopefully for mods!). In the past, gifts have included art, fic, crafts, gifs, icons, jewelry, and ornaments. No limits on what the gift can be, as long as it fulfills your giftee’s prompt.

*We begin posting on December 1 and will post as long as we have gifts to post. We do often have bonus rounds after regular gifts are posted, so both participants and people who didn’t sign up can have a second chance to play.
