I'm so glad you liked it! I have, seriously, wanted to write a baker!Remus story for about four years, because it's a firm part of my headcanon, so your prompt could not have been more welcome.
The addition of Lily with her employment law politics added a really fun dimension, and I enjoyed thinking about the ways that the magical and Muggle worlds overlap in blithely taking food production for granted (after all, at Hogwarts it simply appears and disappears on the serving plates). I may have spent a silly amount of time imagining how Remus organizes his baking around full moons, and whether the customers notice the loaves being a bit different from longer rise times (he does the sourdough before the moon and lets it rise for several days, to save effort when he's recovering), and what he tells them if they ask about it :-)
