What I like most about R/S is the bittersweetness and the sadness that lurks on the horizon even during the most fluffy times. And that's exactly what your fic does. I especially like that Sirius is very aware of the emerging mistrust and the difficulties that the war brings and tries to create an island of normality for himself and Remus, and through knitting at that.
