Master list for 2013

With yesterday's gifts for [livejournal.com profile] woldy and [livejournal.com profile] escribo, we've finished up this year's fest! Thanks to all for another wonderful year! We had 33 participants and 45 gifts--4 art, 41 fic--bringing us up above last year's total, in fact. (Thanks for pointing that out, [livejournal.com profile] huldrejenta.)

We've seen ice festivals and sunny beaches, talking mistletoe and animate tree-toppers, glimpses of Paris, tiny tots, errant knitting projects, piano playing!Sirius, and our old fan favorite, the motorbike. Dolores Umbridge made an unpleasant but surprisingly helpful cameo. We overwhelmingly favored those mythical years after leaving Hogwarts--about half our gifts featured that period--but we also rewrote history to defeat Voldemort the first time around and dabbled in steampunk AUs.

We welcomed nine first-time participants (hurrah!) and five pinch hitters (thank you!) stepped in to save the day. Since we began with our discussions posts six weeks ago, in the last week of November, we've left 989 comments for each other. Keep commenting and help us make it over 1,000!

Thanks to everyone who made the year's fest possible--participants, watchers, commenters, cheerleaders, and those of you who provided moral support. (Min and Sam, thank you, thank you, thank you, I can never say it enough.) Half the fun of fandom is the folks you meet, and this is just such a lovely group. It's always a delight.

Happy 2014 to all!
Maggie/[livejournal.com profile] magnetic_pole, Min/[livejournal.com profile] mindabbles, and Sam/[livejournal.com profile] sambethe

Two final announcements:

* Remember to add your gifts to our collection over at AO3, if you use that archive.

* Still not enough Remus/Sirius for you? [livejournal.com profile] black_circle_dj is running again this year, for its final time. Sign-ups run through January 9!
