Oh... YAY! I am so glad you liked it. Your prompts were so fantastic that it just begged to be written. I'm also reading a book called The World Without Us by Alan Weisman. It's about a vision of what would happen to the world after the potential collapse of humanity, but he describes this amazing ghost town in Cyprus called Varosha. It was once a rather high-class beach resort town, but was abandoned in 1974 to the Turks and it's been empty ever since. Trees and vines are growing through these once-posh hotels and the streets are taken over by plant life. It was really amazing and made me think about what would happen in a magical world. And then I read your prompts and the image of overgrown plants in a house (nature/magic taking back what was Walburga's) just popped to mind.

Ha! Some of the flowers did have meanings/healing properties and others just grow together. My house mate is an herbal healer and I am learning a lot from her about it.

I've always seen Sirius as someone who prefers to be outside and, after Azkaban, I could see that being even more true. He's a dog, after all, right? Siriusly, though, I do see him loving plants and fresh air and growing things.

The Narnia reference was actually my beta's idea. She made some comment about the wardrobe opening and it then seemed totally obvious. And, hey, who doesn't want didn't want to go to Narnia as a kid?

Thanks for reading and for your awesome prompts and comments!
