And yeah - I'm always looking up the dates of the full moon when I write Remus fic, though like I said, I switched the years around for this one because I didn't want James to be head boy yet. :-P (Actually, I look up other things, like which constellations would be visible and so on, when I've used that in fic. skyandtelescope.com has a fabulous interactive star map, and you can plug in dates, and latitude/longitudes, so I use the area east of Inverness as a location template. But that kind of research is fun for me! Hee!)
