I'm sorry I'm so ridiculously late. I didn't have time to sit down a write you proper comment until now. Holiday craziness unfortunately got in the way.

The post-party/ pre-kiss scene was described beautifully. It was so intimate and comfortable. That was really what I wanted when I included 'late night talks' in the prompts. Thank you!!!

I adore the idea of Remus writing a list of reasons why he shouldn't be with Sirius. This is so him. :) I also loved the chess parallels in the end. How the board reflected what was happening with Remus. And Sirius is just lovely. Impulsive and lovely, just how I like him.

You did a lovely job with all the characters, even James who was only in the story for a few paragraphs was exactly how I imagine him.
