It’s a pleasure to meet your Marauders and Lily. I haven’t seen much fic about them still at school recently, and here I enjoy their shared interaction – and, within it, the subtly conveyed messages between Pads and Moony.

Being bored or exasperated with the course work balances perfectly with the ominous hints read in the tea leaves. Remus’s lonely leaf moved me, and this line, of course,
"If you’re ever left alone, Remus, I’ll find my way back to you.” is gorgeous.
