This story is so beautiful and atmospheric, really gorgeous <3 It felt true to life, the way Remus thought he knew what Sirius was about yet it being more about Remus’ own prejudices. The way you’ve incorporated music is lovely, and I love how they were able to show parts of themselves when playing that they couldn’t otherwise. Oh, and King James, haha :) Great story!
