Fabulous! I know I'm missing the point here a bit, but I love the way this story is structured around our memories of place. That's so important to me--it somehow makes everything more vivid, to tie the reunion to their shared memories of being in the same place. (And the line about the particular smell wool jumpers get when they’re only worn on one person’s skin will stay with me for a long time.) Enjoyed! M.
