Thank you so much for your fantastic comment; you totally made my day. I probably should not admit this, but I've actually said many of the things that came out Rapunzel's mother's mouth. Maybe I'm not THAT bad, but I've always found Rapunzel as a character to be kind of vain and brainless.

At any rate, I love fairy tales and their cultural meanings, so this was way fun to write!

And, in his own way, I think that Sirius was once quite cautious - at least when it came to interpersonal relationships. Maybe?
